Born in the former East Germany, Anja took advantage of the fall of the Berlin Wall to travel through Europe, the Middle East, and Australia before returning to Germany for her professional training as a photographer.

The travel bug lured her off overseas again until she finally alit in New Zealand over a decade ago.

Today Anja lives in Auckland with her husband and two children. Even though her family and business keep her very busy, she is still always on the lookout for a great image or location.
