Can I put my wedding photos up on this site?
All customers of Anja Gallas Wedding Photography can choose to put their wedding photos online for friends and family around the world to see and enjoy. If you want to put another photo gallery online, contact Anja to inquire.
How do I remove a photo from my shopping cart?
From the Review Cart page, click on the thumbnail image of the photo you want to remove. (From the photo gallery, click on the photo you want to remove, then click the Add to Cart button.) This will take you to the print ordering page. On this page, click the Remove From Cart button -- or if you only want to remove a particular print size, delete the value in the quantity field.
When I click on the thumbnails to view a photo, nothing happens
You must have JavaScript enabled in your web browser to view the photo galleries. Most web browsers come with JavaScript enabled by default.
I get an error message "Photo is still loading, please wait..."
Images can take a long time to download, especially over a slower connection. Wait for a little bit and then try again.
What's with the photo quality?
The photos displayed on the web page are proofs from the lab, and have not been cropped or retouched as they will be before printing. In addition, we have lowered the resolution of the photos so that they load faster in web pages. The actual prints are true photographic quality.
What are those numbers in the corner of the photos?
Those are the reference numbers from the lab. They will not appear on the prints.
What do all the print options (matte, cross-process, etc) mean?
